In order to engage the services of Fiduciary Insight, this section is comprised of 5 steps necessary to scope the service engagement. So, in order to do so, we must first gather the following information:

• User Account

• Company/Sponsor Information

• Retirement Plan Information

• Investments

• Fi401k Service Election

Thereafter, you will receive an e-mail with your user credentials which will enable you to review the applicable Fi401k agreement(s) and make arrangements for payment to engage our services.
